The Spanish gym equipment company arrives in Cologne with a renewed offering: new multimedia screens for the Inertia range, five new PL Series machines, and a ski ergometer completing its HIIT lineup.

BH Fitness is stepping up its commitment to digital transformation. The Spanish gym equipment company will present at FIBO 2026 its latest solutions in cardio technology, strength training, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). These innovations respond to the growing hybridisation of fitness, where connectivity in cardio and specialisation in strength are shaping the evolution of operators’ offerings.

One of its main highlights is the expansion of its monitor catalogue for the Inertia cardio range, with the addition of a multimedia touchscreen, joining the existing LED with connectivity option and the Smart Focus with TV, connectivity, and compatibility with GYMLOOP, BH Fitness’s own training and management app.

This screen is designed to facilitate digitalisation across different types of sports facilities, democratising access for a variety of user profiles.

“Not all gyms have the same needs or the same client profile, and we wanted any facility to be able to access a quality touchscreen,”

Says Alejandro Echevarría, Marketing Manager at BH Fitness.

This new option targets operators who want to provide their users with a complete entertainment experience, featuring content, training programmes, and an intuitive interface.

The new device includes entertainment applications such as Netflix and guided training programmes like the Marathon Programme, among other customisable options. As a result, the Inertia cardio catalogue now offers three distinct solutions, capable of adapting to any type of facility from the most tech-forward gyms to those that prioritise straightforward entertainment and ease of use.

Strength Training Expansion and High-Intensity Specialisation

The rise of plate-loaded strength training has led the company to carry out the largest expansion in the history of its PL Series range. The goal is to meet the expectations of an increasingly specialised user more demanding, more informed, and seeking precise stimuli, advanced biomechanics, and robust machines.

Five new plate-loaded machines have been added, with standout additions including the Pendulum and a dual Hack Squat with two position options. The new lineup also includes an abdominal and oblique machine, a standing hip abduction machine, and a lateral raise machine— classic exercises that until now lacked a dedicated plate-loaded solution.

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) has also become a cornerstone of any gym’s offering. Its benefits are widely recognised: cardiovascular improvement, high caloric burn, training efficiency, and strong user motivation. With this in mind, the brand has completed its HIIT lineup with the launch of a ski ergometer. This new piece of equipment joins the curved treadmill, the HiiT flat treadmill, the Airbike, and the rowing machine — a suite of equipment that enables gyms to deliver a comprehensive high-intensity proposition. This full lineup is designed to allow operators to build complete, varied, and effective high-intensity sessions.
