The PLR090 Shoulder Press develops the deltoid with a guided and safe range of motion. Its dual grip position and independent arms provide a complete and balanced workout, while the integrated plate storage keeps the gym floor tidy.

Dual grip

The PLR090 features two grip positions — neutral and angled pronated — allowing you to vary the muscular stimulus on the shoulder and adding greater versatility to the press exercise.

Height-adjustable seat

The seat features 17 adjustment positions for easy and optimal setup, ensuring correct posture during exercise and accommodating users of all heights.

Storage racks
