Dual grip

The PLR070 features two grip positions, neutral and pronated, allowing you to vary the muscular stimulus on the chest and adding greater versatility to the press exercise.

Height-adjustable seat

The seat features 17 adjustment positions for easy and optimal setup, ensuring correct posture during exercise and accommodating users of all heights.

Independent movement.

Independent movement to work each arm in isolation, avoiding compensation between the right and left pectoral.
